Our Story

What happens when a longtime friendship meets an irresistible toffee recipe? A business is born! Noelle had been making her family’s toffee for years—showing up with it at backyard bbqs, birthdays, school fundraisers, holiday parties… basically any excuse to share something delicious.

After months of saying “we should really do something with this,” Noelle and Julia finally decided to go for it. They teamed up, made it official, and launched Elle Toffee. A website went live, and within a week the orders started rolling in.

We’re a women-owned, Seattle-based team working out of a commercial kitchen, still making every batch the same careful, small-batch way Noelle’s family has for more than 30 years. Quality is our thing, and sharing really good toffee is our joy.
